Executive Transition Program - Module 2
The ESMT flagship program prepares experienced functional-level executives for the transition to an increased level of general management responsibility. Advancing to the next level of leadership implies the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies as much as fundamental changes in behaviors and attitudes.
New and future general managers will learn in this intense learning and development journey how to evaluate the potentially conflicting interests of the various functions, to prioritize and to remain personally fulfilled at the same time.

Inhalte / Module
The ETP is a three-module program, designed to prepare managers for the tasks of general management.
In the first module, we provide you with an in-depth understanding of business functions, enabling you to coordinate them effectively and profitably.
In the second module, we focus on the success factors of your strategic decision making: market conditions, competition, digital business models, and socio-political expectations.
Since general managers need leadership confidence, in the third module we look at leadership vision, situational leadership, effective change management, and leading in times of uncertainty.
The modules of this seminar will take place on a staggered basis.
Aufbau & Organisation
The program is divided into three modules. The first eight-day module takes place in Stockholm/Sweden, and Module 2 and 3 last five days each and take place on the ESMT campus in Berlin. The program is taught in English.
Kosten
The participation fee of 24.900 EUR includes the cost for all three modules, the learning materials and an ESMT certificate.
Zielgruppe / Voraussetzungen
Professionals in global or regional operating companies that lead a business unit or a regional subsidiary; or are in charge of a new product, market, or major project initiative; with good written and spoken English.
Abschlussqualifikation / Zertifikat
Having completed the ETP, you will receive the ESMT Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Management, a prestigious recognition of your professional development.
