- Fundamentals of the Project Management Institute (PMI)® and the PMBOK® Guide (A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) –...Seventh Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2021).
- Clarification of prerequisites, assistance and explanations of the application and examination process.
- Project Management Understanding, Ethics Guidelines, and Standards of Professional Conduct per PMI®.
- Intensive exam preparation for the competence fields Process, People and Business as well as the knowledge areas: Integration Management, Project Content and Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Resource Management, Communication Management, Risk Management, Procurement Management and Stakeholder Management.
